Everyone should bank there different atmosphere compared to others, especially Dianne, customer rep. She's an awesome rep. Professional and makes sure to try and assist you the best way she can. I bet that even the Management are wonderful people due to my own experience with them, awesome place to visit kind people.
Even though I log out it tells me my session timed out the next time I log in and brings me back to the log in menu. A small inconvenience. The bigger problem is I've been locked out twice because my password or username is incorrect when it isn't.
